Mental health professional dedicated to your child's well-being

I am a mental health professional specializing in children and adolescents, with expertise in play therapy, music therapy, and family coaching. I focus particularly on supporting neurodivergent children and adolescents, as well as those who have experienced complex trauma, and work closely with their parents.

Trained at Concordia University in Canada, and established since 2022, I offer consultations at my office located in the 16th arrondissement, as well as online sessions. Consultations are available in French and English.

My services

I offer customized therapeutic support tailored to the unique needs of both you and your child.

Individual Therapy

Provide your child with individualized therapy designed to meet their unique needs. These customized sessions will support them in expressing their emotions and navigating personal challenges within a compassionate setting.

Group Workshops

These workshops provide your child with a playful and interactive environment to develop their social skills. Through group activities focused on play and musical interaction, they will learn to communicate better and collaborate with their peers, while growing in an environment where everyone’s diversity is fully valued.

Child-Parent Relationship Therapy

Child-Parent Relationship Therapy is grounded in attachment psychology and play, aiming to strengthen the bond between you and your child. Explore practical tools to better understand your child’s needs and support their emotional growth.

Play is the language of children (Landreth, 2023)

Play then serves as a bridge between the child and me, fostering more fluid and empathetic communication.

This connection is essential for their emotional, social, and cognitive development, serving as a means of communication before their verbal skills are fully developed.

The aim is for your child to:

  • Develop social skills
  • Improve emotional regulation
  • Strengthen self-esteem
  • Enhance cognitive abilities
  • Develop communication skills
  • Adjust to significant changes.
  • Regain emotional balance after a trauma or loss
  • Gain better control over their behavior

Together, we explore

Their creative potential
Their inner conflicts
Their developmental rhythm
Their defense mechanisms
Their repetitive behaviors

My Professional Experience

I am a music therapist and play therapy practitioner trained at Concordia University, Canada.

From a young age, my professional journey took shape thanks to a quality musical education that combined an accelerated academic program with an openness to social diversity. This experience naturally led me to pursue music throughout my studies.

After obtaining my high school diploma (equivalent to the BAC), I pursued music therapy, a path that allowed me to support children with unique developmental profiles. This led me to focus my internships in this field.

Throughout this journey, I discovered play therapy through additional training offered by Concordia University. Recognizing the potential of this approach, I chose to fully incorporate it into my practice.

Today, I remain deeply passionate about working with this clientele and the therapeutic power of play, whether through music or tangible forms.

My approach, based on an integrative philosophy, is inspired by the humanistic-existentialist approach and evidence-based principles in developmental neuropsychology, which form the foundation of my academic and practical training. I am also trained to integrate a trauma-informed approach into my practice. As a music therapist and play therapy practitioner, I am committed to adhering to the standards and requirements set by professional organizations in order to provide support that meets the highest standards of the profession. My ethical code is that of the French Federation of Music Therapy.

As a result, I am committed to regularly

  • Participate in peer supervision
  • Engage in ongoing professional development throughout my career
